Tax Payments - My account was suspended
My account was suspended on the grounds that I could not meet the conditions of my company to establish a business in the EU. This is because my company does not physically operate in the UK and I am not exempt from VAT.
Amazon shared with me an e-mail address <no-reply@amazon.com> with an IBAN number through which I can pay taxes on the sales I have made retroactively.
My question is; Does this iban number sent belong to Amazon?
Unfortunately, the "mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk" e-mail address given to me from Amazon live chat does not answer my question.
Why doesn't Amazon seller support support us sellers?
Could you please check the Iban number given to me?
Reference code: NSB UK (Enter your Merchant Token)
Account name: Amazon Payments UK Limited
Bank: Deutsche Bank London
IBAN: GB39DEUT40508118129100
SWIFT: DEUTGB2LXXX
If this IBAN number belongs to Amazon, will my account be opened and the reserve released after I send the tax I need to pay?

You can check the IBAN on iban (dot) com. Though that will only tell you if the IBAN is correct and which bank it is, not whose account it is. You will have to keep on at Amazon to get the answers to your questions
