Amazon Singapore - Ongoing Issue with Scheduling Video Verification Calls
My Amazon Singapore account has been suspended for over three months.
They sent me a link for verification which has a technical glitch and it does not work. When i open it, it says:
"Identity Verification
We have completed our review of your document and information.
We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."
Then there is no update on it. When i try to raise case with seller support, because of inactive status case gets close right away.
If i try to submit new information through appeal, it says:
"Please do not reply to this email. Replies are routed to an account that is used only for sending emails and is not monitored.
Hello,
We understand that you may have some questions about your Amazon seller account.
To talk to someone about what you can do to sell on Amazon again, you can ask Selling Partner Support to contact you"
I am stuck in a loop and its been stuck since many months. Please assist here.
I've reached out to Amazon US and other marketplaces where my account is approved, but they all say they can't assist with the Singapore marketplace.
