Manipulation? Fraud?

B0DHG1KYLF

B0D8KG9MT6

On the first day of sales, all listings received 5.0-star ratings, with various color child ASINs merged behind them. Manipulation? Fraud? The presence of such a high number of 5.0-star ratings across all new listings raises serious concerns.

Extremely clever tactics are at play. The fake child products currently merged with the beneficiary ASIN B0DHG1KYLF were previously merged with another beneficiary ASIN from the same brand, B0D2RLMDM2. Now that B0D2RLMDM2 isn’t selling well due to too many negative reviews, it has been abandoned, and the product page has been Photoshopped into a strange fluorescent green (refer to customer images showing the original black color). So, these fake child products can be endlessly manipulated and reused??!!!

The level of manipulation is astonishing.

The two listings do not have merged fake child products, yet they both received all 5.0-star buyer reviews. Upon checking the detail pages, it is evident that these five-star reviews all lack verified purchase and were posted on the same date.

If the 'report abuse' feature were effective, there would be no need to escalate these issues here. Clearly, these brands have sophisticated strategies, extensive buyer account resources, and alarming manipulation tactics. If Amazon does not implement a zero-tolerance policy and promptly blacklist these brands for fraud and manipulation, the physical and mental well-being of American consumers will be at serious risk due to these deceptive practices.

B0DFPKMMVH

imgimg

B0DFPKMMVH follows the same manipulation pattern. This new listing was created in August and has been merged for some time. It has now started receiving genuine negative reviews, and as a result, the rating has dropped to 4.3. All these beneficiary ASIN detail pages show that none of the customer review images display the other color variations of the blood pressure monitors in the variant relationships. What does this indicate? It clearly shows that the actual inventory is fake and inconsistent with their detail pages. The following two screenshots are evidence of the fake child products B0CZ3QFCDR and B0CZ3QBSLG before they were merged (these two fake child products are currently hidden and merged into the variant relationship under the beneficiary ASIN B0DHG1KYLF). The images are completely photoshopped, So, which buyer accounts purchased these fake inventories and posted five star reviews for these brands? Only Amazon has the ability to track this.

imgimg

These interest groups obviously have incredible manipulation capabilities. They exploit fake child products and fake five-star reviews to eventually create "compliant" variant relationships through merging, causing all complaints about the variant relationships to be dismissed. Our only request is to allow honest and compliant sellers to see Amazon's fairness and security, and to prevent consumers from falling victim to these fraudulent manipulations, especially when purchasing blood pressure monitors that are vital to their physical and mental health!

Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Rule Banning Fake Reviews and Testimonials

ftc . gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/08/federal-trade-commission-announces-final-rule-banning-fake-reviews-testimonials

"Buying Positive or Negative Reviews: The final rule prohibits businesses from providing compensation or other incentives conditioned on the writing of consumer reviews expressing a particular sentiment, either positive or negative. It clarifies that the conditional nature of the offer of compensation or incentive may be expressly or implicitly conveyed."

Amazon won't do anything about this until the FTC forces them to. Every case like this you report is one step closer to them taking action and forcing Amazon to enforce their own terms of service (and the FTC rules).

You can submit a case at: reportfraud . ftc . gov

This rule originally included a section specifically addressing review hijacking but it was removed. Still, this is a perfect example of what should be reported. This isn't some benign product like a cell phone case, it's a medical device that could cause real harm to consumers.

Amazon has a dedicated complaint channel. If you’re basing accusations purely on assumptions and guesses to claim others are breaking rules, it’s no wonder Amazon repeatedly rejects your complaints.

You’re spreading so much false information and fake screenshots solely to achieve your own goals, maliciously defaming numerous competitors. This only reflects that your product isn’t good enough and your prices aren’t competitive. Trying to succeed through complaints is clearly unrealistic and meaningless. I suggest you focus on improving your own products and prices, as that’s more practical.

I’ve seen your previous posts as well. You’ve put so much effort into posting false information, even more than your competitors. Ironically, it’s because of your actions that your competitors have been alerted to potential errors, which they’ve since addressed, becoming even better. This time, I believe they’ll once again appreciate you pointing out potential issues, and they will surely continue striving to resolve problems and grow compliantly.

Finally, let me advise you: there’s no need to burden yourself so much. We’ve known who you were for some time now. Have you ever considered that perhaps you were meant to help them grow? If you continue this way, I’m concerned it may affect your well-being. So, I urge you to focus your energy on the right things—you might find life more fulfilling.

Become someone who can appreciate others, as life is meant to be this way. The world is vast, and so can be your heart.

Is the reply from the account named Russel_no a threat? Is the screenshot fabricated? Amazon has the capability to identify such things, and we certainly do not possess the same level of ability to deceive as you do. The reason Amazon dismissed the complaint isn't due to your compliance; it's simply because you are cunning enough. It’s hardly surprising that you know who’s reporting you, considering the malicious attacks you've launched and the harm you've caused to other compliant sellers. So, don’t play innocent!
