Deactivated account, final decision?
Hi fellow sellers.
My account was deactivated on the 13th of June. Amazon gave me this reason: "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."
I tried hiring someone to help me with the appeal, and the POA after the first appeal attempt didn't work out. This didn't help either, and I was trying on my own. After a few attempts of calling Amazon Health Support and uploading all the documents they asked the account is still deactivated.
My question is; should I be still trying to figure it out or is it a lost cause? They don't reply anymore, and I run out of ideas on how to fix it.
I have about 750 pcs in my inventory and not much time left to get rid of it. If it is a lost cause, do you guys have any ideas on how to get this inventory liquidated outside of Amazon so I can get some of the money back? I live in Belgium so it's pretty difficult to sell it on eBay in the US.

Hello @Seller_EaOKKOtDV2CkX,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

Typically, these situations as noted are associated to a persona, account and supply chain verification that requires a series of documents as this situation can only be disputed with this information.

As noted a plan of action was not accepted, we cannot accept a plan of action as it does not offer any supporting evidence of compliance that the required documents possess.
You mentioned that you provided some documents? What exactly was provided to our review teams? We will commonly require a government issued photo ID including both front and back. We will also ask for a utility bill and or a business license, we may also required a bank or credit card statement in the account owners name that matches the information used to register the account. This will help with the personal and business verification.
Regarding the supply chain and information about your listings, you will need to provide invoices that meet our requirements in the responsible sourcing help page. Additionally, if you were listings or attempting to sell a branded product, you will be required to submit a letter of authorization that was issued to you or the business by the brand or rights owner. Keep in mind if your supplier is not the rights owner a letter of authorization cannot be accepted if issued by them.
Did your provided information meet these provided requirements? Can you provide additional information to meet these requirements and show proof of compliance?

Depending on the specific concerns, the inventory may be of concern thus it may not be eligible for removal or liquidation until the situation is resolved. If the situation does impact the inventory, it may only be eligible for disposal. I would suggest creating a case, or a new thread in our FBA category for more support on your inventory. If you create a thread for the FBA situation, please include a case for them to review.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
