Hi,

I have submitted exemption sheet for products with battery and SDS for dangerous goods review for all of asin multiple times but the same has always been rejected with the reasoning being given as below.

The battery information is incomplete, and an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or an exemption form needs to be resubmitted. However, I opened a case and the document inspection was passed without any issues.

Today, I inquired about the progress of the dangerous goods review through the case again and was informed that I hadn't submitted any review materials. But I have already had it submitted with the help of the customer, and it is currently under review in the background.

As new Amazon sellers, we urgently need to ship our products to the Amazon warehouse to kick off our sales. However, we have been stuck in the dangerous goods materials review for two weeks. Nevertheless, we have no idea what the specific problem is and how to solve it.
