FBA stock pick up
Since last 15 days, we are trying to send stock to FBA at Pune. Pick up has been rescheduled six times coz of no show of the pick up guy from Amazon. we have reached out to support team for more than 10 times by now. Every time we are getting response from the support team that " we are investigating. Will get back to you"
Would like to understand if this is the level of professionalism Amazon has ?

Are you trying to ship LTL or SPD?
SPD = you are responsible for getting the packages to the carrier,
LTL = this seems to be 'normal'. Are you in a rural area? residential? require a lift gate? All of those things can hamper a pickup.
