Need Help Removing Negative Feedback That Wasnt Even My Fault!
I'm writing/looking for help to request the removal of a negative review left on my seller profile, as it's inaccurate and unrelated to my product or service. The review states: "Package was delivered opened with one bottle missing. Paid for three items only received two. Very disappointing."

After investigating, I found that the issue was with the shipping company, not my product or packaging. The box was damaged during transit, which led to the missing item. I take great care in packaging and shipping my products, and this incident was beyond my control.
I would greatly appreciate it if a mod can look into this and could remove this review, as it unfairly affects my seller reputation. I have tried many times with the feedback manager and it's never helping me remove negative feedback reviews when they should be removed. Please let me know if you need any further information from me to facilitate the removal.

Please keep in mind that feedback removal requests can only be submitted using our Feedback Manager. I noticed that you contacted over 10 times to request removal of this feedback. Our Support teams cannot remove or influence the feedback decision, this is outlined in our policy below:

Please note that we will only remove feedback in the following scenarios:
Can Amazon remove buyer feedback?
Amazon will remove feedback if it determines doing so is necessary because of the following cases:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
