Need help: Bank statement from Payoneer for verification

Need help: Bank statement from Payoneer for verification

Dear members and moderators, I have a problem with verifying my bank account for the deposit method when providing a bank statement from Payoneer, which is an official partner of Amazon.

Payoneer provides a bank statement as a PDF file that is downloaded directly from the Payoneer application.

My question is: do I need to print this statement on a printer and then photograph or scan it in high resolution for verification or can I provide the original PDF file of the statement?

After the first attempt at verification, my statement was rejected and they sent me a guide on uploading documents, which has 4 points. One of the points states that the statement MUST NOT be a screenshot. That's why I asked the question above. Could this be a problem?

Hi @Seller_GqCRDxvk6NqwX

Connor from Amazon here, you will need to upload the PDF file itself, which will work. I'd avoid taking photos of the statement.

Make sure the full account number, your name and address are visible.

Best,

Connor
