Increase accuracy of delivery tracking with Ader and Sending
You can now use Ader and Sending as new integrated carriers for your Fulfilled by Merchant orders.
With these two new carriers, you can enter the tracking ID during the order confirmation. This action allows buyers to see the most up-to-date shipment status and helps reduce questions for missing orders.
The correct format for tracking IDs for Ader is a sequence of seven or nine numbers (for example, 1234567 or 123456789). The correct format for Sending is a sequence of 12 numbers (for example, 123456789012).
To use Ader or Sending, follow these steps:
- Select Manage Orders from the Orders drop-down menu.
- Select the order that you want to use this carrier for.
- Click Confirm shipment and select Ader or Sending from the drop-down menu.
- Then, enter the valid tracking ID provided by the carrier.
