Account deactivated after 12 years, due to linked account with fiance
Amazon had linked my account with my fiancé's account for some reason unknown and Amazon is unwilling to help or tell me what the problem is. My fiancé's account was deactivated and mine shortly followed in May and I've been unable to unlink them or prove to Amazon that they are separate despite multiple calls, escalation requests, affidavit, etc. I've even tried using different devices, internet connections and checking for any common denominators.
Amazon keeps telling me that something is still linking our accounts but I have seem to run out of options as to what that could be other than IP and Business Address.
Anyone have suggestions?

It isn't clear why their account was deactivated.
You are allowed to have multiple accounts IF you are selling in different categories.
However, if one is suspended the other one will almost certainly be suspended as well.
So, are/were you selling in the same categories? If not WHY was the first account suspended? That needs to be addressed in order to get unsuspended for both accounts.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

When it comes to a multiple account policy violation, changing your information helps prevent the issue in the future, but does not remove the already associated information causing the deactivation.
Since you are aware this was due to your fiances account, are you business partners or was she ever hired to work on your store? This is very important as this are typically two types of association, personal and business. Business associations will include a requirement for contracts and termination agreements to validate why the association occurred and proof of separation.
Situations like this is were an affidavit can come in to help support missing documentation but validate a separation from a service or provider as an example.
If you never had a business association with your fiance, we will require that their account be reinstated first. Can you advise why their account was deactivated? You are welcome to post their deactivation notice here so we can offer support on this reactivation process.

Looking over these cases, I see that you're trying to provide affidavit to confirm you are you, which does not validate a proper separation or resolve the issue, additionally a plan of action cannot be accepted in these situations. As mentioned above we will require that you provide proof of separation with valid documentation, or ensure the associated store is reactivated.
As mentioned, if the documentation requested does not exist, or cannot be provided, the associated store will need to first be reinstated. Once reactivated, you will be eligible to appeal through the account health page on your account and acknowledge the reactivated store.
