Shipping template international shipping only shows NZ
I am a new FBM seller and cannot resolve this issue. In the shipping template (including the default and I tried with many new ones), when I select international shipping, only New Zealand is available. As per the error message "There are no regions available to add. To add a new rule for a specific region(s), first deselect the region(s) from other configuration rules above." I delete the New Zealand region and then try to add a new region. When clicking on the 'add region' button, "all regions" shows and fails to do anything.
I have North America region enabled and I can see my products on the US amazon site. They are unavailable as I believe the shipping is not valid.
Would very much appreciate help with this. Thanks

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Forums.
This sounds really unusual to me and I think there might some sort of misconfiguration in your account.
I would advise that you create a case with Seller Support and provide them with all the information you have shared here. Especially the fact that you have deleted the NZ region and you are still receiving the same error. They will most likely have to contact the technical team to review this but they should be able to find a resolution for you.
