Voice of Customer keeps removing my listings

Hi,

The Voice of customer section has removed a couple of my listings for the reason ‘Used Item Sold as New’. I don’t know why this keeps happening, i have 4/5 star reviews with goods positive feedback. Some of my listings are shown in voice of customer as very poor, i’m scared they will close these listings as well. What can I do about this? Can they even suspend me? I’m very confused as our items are good quality… How can I prevent this from happening?

Take a look at the information in the Voice of the customer.
This will give you the feedback that customers have left for your products.
If they are indeed leaving things such as “Used sold as new”, then you need to look at the reasons why this could be the case.
I have no idea what products your talking about, so that makes it a little difficult to advise one way or the other.
And yes, you can get suspended quite easily if customers are saying that.
So you need to act now, before that happens.

If the item comes gift boxed, is the box scruffy, opened, resealed? Does the box need polly bagging to keep it clean and tidy?

Do your listings have variations? and are they blocking the entire listing or just an ASIN connected to that listing?

If you are selling FBA, ensure that no returns have been accepted by Amazon and deemed to be fit for resale. This is a common problem, perhaps Cx chooses wrong reason “Accidental Order” etc and they have actually opened and used the product, which then lands back in saleable inventory.

Many thanks for the replies. No we do not sell FBA, we sell SFP.
For instance, for one of our items it is showing in voice of customer that we sold 178 units and from those orders we have 7 with negative customer experience, surely that is good no? but it is showing as poor and is risk of getting removed this listing. Another one is showing as 19 orders and only 2 with negative customer experiences and is showing as very poor and risk of getting removed. Any ideas or advice?
