Premium A+ content still not granted after meeting all eligibility criteria

We met all the eligibility criteria for Premium A+ content 2 months ago, but we still haven't been granted access.

Hi,

Our brand is registered with Amazon Brand Registry for more than 6 months.

  1. All ASINs within our A+ Content Manager have a published Brand Story.
  2. We have more than 5 A+ Content project submissions in “Approved” status within the past 12 months.
  3. We've been waiting for about 2 months, but there's still no sign of the Premium A+ Content banner within the A+ Content Manager.

We've talked to the 1:1 seller support, but they just reiterate the eligibility requirements, which we've already met. And say it'll be reviewed every month.

Can someone please help to get us enabled for Premium A+ Content?

I'm sorry you have had such a hard time getting Premium A+ Content. Have you ensured that ALL ASINs associated with your Brand (not just the ones in the Content Manager) have a Brand Story? If you are still having issues please provide your most recent Seller Support case and I will review further. Thank you for your understanding.
