Primary Contact - Account Verification
On 9 November 2023, I was asked to provide personal bank statement as I am the primary contact for proof of address. I provided that but it was rejected and stamped bank statement was requested. I provided stamped bank statement but that was also rejected and was asked to submit a Certified Bank Letter signed or stamped. I provided signed Certified Bank Letter and now after 6 weeks of no response or confirmation even that has been rejected. This time I am being requested a Certified Bank Letter with wet stamp which I am struggling to get from bank. Reached out to Seller Support which only provides standard response and not understanding that this is not possible to get. Need serious help please.

Is the bank account in the name of your ltd company ? - I believe it does need to be.

The issue is still not resolved. No help from Amazon yet. If the point is to proof the address that can be done through Council Tax, driving license, utility bill etc. But they need a certified bank letter with wet stamp which in today's world no bank is providing.
