Unauthorized brand name and listing title change in Canada store please help.

Please help needed here my brand name and listing title have been changed for one of my ASINS in the Canada store. This is urgent please help. I contact seller support who said they have corrected the title and asked me to contact brand registry to solve the brand name change issue. I came here because want to see how the resolution of the issue can be quicker. The case log id with seller support is 14597320491
