FBA shipment from UK

Hi

I have sent a shipment to BWU2 13 Emporium Avenue Kemps Creek, NSW 2178 AU (BWU2)

It has been sent from the UK via UPS

The tracking keeps being updated with appointment required

Any idea on how to deal with this - I would have thought UPS would know this and have a process to deal with it. I cannot book an appointment on their behalf

Any advice?
