Contact for Amazon - opening account
I have been trying to open an Amazon seller account as a sole trader. I have repeatedly submitted my passport and bank account, but keep getting the same canned answer that documents are required. I asked what else I need to submit, but it’s like an autoresponder response I have received several times.
How can I contact a real person to determine what the problem is and what’s missing?

The fact that you are able to post on here means that do have a seller account, but as above, post the actual notification you have receivesd.
Presumably you are registered with HMRC as self-employed sole-trader, and have your UTR confirmation letter ?
That is definitely one thing they will need to open your Amazon Business seller account - they need to verify that, and not just your personal ID with passport.
