easy ship driver not pick up the order

I've had trouble with the Amazon Easy Ship driver not picking up my order for the second time. I've complained multiple times and even called seller support, but the issue persists. Last time, my order was canceled because of the driver, and this time there's still no response from them, no calls. Amazon even charged me a cancellation fee. I've double-checked the address and contact number, everything's correct. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

This is my issue today. I have order yesterday schedule for pick up yesterday until now no one come to pick up.

give amazon all the proof that it's driver fault not your.so they reimburse your amount and remove the defect rate. The time driver didn't came open a case about complain.its always helpful because you seems like attentive and ready to dispatch order.
