May be easier next time to use spaces when asking your question..
Looks like you want to liquidate your inventory but do not have a VAT number.
If you have products already stored using FBA, you would need a VAT number if you require liquidation services;
"Programme eligibility
Before you can submit a liquidation order for your units, you must meet the following requirements: Have a verified VAT registration number for the country where the inventory is stored. To check and add VAT numbers, go to Settings > Tax Settings > Add VAT numbers.
Be enrolled in the VAT Calculation Service for Amazon to accurately calculate Value Added Tax (VAT) associated with your orders, create invoices on your behalf for liquidators and meet compliance requirements."
