Shipments sent to Amazon via UPS with proof of delivery - Amazon claiming no record of delivery
As per title. Despite providing Amazon proof of delivery, I am stuck in a repeated loop of Amazon claiming that they have no record of delivery. It is always the same copy/ paste response.
Need a mod to intervene as we've been going around the same loop for weeks now.
