Customers claiming to have received empty packages
We have had a number of customers claiming to have received empty packages. This happened infrequently before but has increased over the last few months. We haven’t sent out empty packages of course and the packing weights show that. And we’ve sent out over 300,000 parcels on eBay and other outlets and never once had this issue. So it’s just an event that occurs on Amazon.
So my question is does this happen to other sellers on here? If so how do you deal with this situation? How do you respond to the customer? Does or can Amazon help? Just looking for any advice.
