I am seeking urgent assistance regarding the reactivation of my Amazon selling account. Despite submitting all required documentation and receiving confirmation from Amazon that our invoices and other documents were accepted, our account remains suspended.
Summary of the Issue:
Submission of Documentation:
On July 20, 2024, we submitted a detailed appeal and supporting documentation addressing the "Product Authenticity Customer Complaints" related to one of our ASINs.
The documentation included detailed invoices, supplier information, and screenshots of Amazon's confirmation emails.
Approval by Amazon:
On July 22, 2024, we received two emails from Amazon confirming that the information provided was sufficient and that we may continue to offer the item in question.
Our invoices and documents were accepted, and we were instructed to relist the product.
Ongoing Account Suspension:
Despite following the instructions and relisting the product, our account remains suspended.
The invoices and documents submitted under the "Submit new information" section for overall account reactivation are not being accepted, and our account remains deactivated.
Technical Issue:
There appears to be a discrepancy or oversight within Amazon’s support system. While our documents were accepted for the specific ASIN suspension in the Account Health section, the same documents submitted for overall account reactivation are being rejected.
This inconsistency is causing significant operational and financial strain on our business.
Request for Assistance:
We urgently need help to resolve this issue. Our business is suffering due to the continued suspension, and we have complied with all requests from Amazon. We have transparently provided all necessary information to address the authenticity concerns and have followed every instruction given to us.
