FBA sent the wrong item and refused to remove negative vioce of the customer

How it is possible? Amazon sent the wrong item , I received a negative " voice of the customer" for this item and the Service support said that this is nothing wrong and closed this case?

It is absolutely not right! Therefore, I stopped sending my items to FBA and send as Merchant.
