Intellectual Property Complaint (#16914539521) and Account Health Score Support Request

Hello,

I have received an intellectual property complaint on my account with the number #16914539521 regarding ASIN: B0D4M7QXBT. The complaint appears to have been filed by Anna [Removed personal information]. I have sent her emails explaining my situation but have not received any response so far.

I have only listed this product but have not made any sales. Therefore, I cannot provide the documents requested by Amazon since I do not have an invoice. However, I have removed the product from my listing immediately after receiving the complaint and have decided not to list it again.

The biggest problem is that my account health score has been deducted by 8 points due to this complaint. After a major earthquake in Turkey last year, my Amazon store became my only source of income. This loss of points has deeply hurt me and poses a risk to my account health.

If anyone has encountered a similar situation or is familiar with Amazon's processes, can you help me figure out what to do in this situation? I really need your support to solve this problem.

Thank you all in advance!

Best regards,

Okan [Removed personal information]

You'll have to provide the trademark authorization letter from Anna Angiel, or wait 180 days for it to disappear off your account. If your account gets suspended due to the fall in account health score, the authorization letter WILL be required to continue selling on Amazon.

Listing a product is considered "intent to sell". By listing a product, that means you are supposed to already have your supply chain in order, before your first sale of the product.

Hello @Seller_2CDEi3hPLt8Oh

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent intellectual property complaint that you received. I know it can be frustrating to have to address this concern if you did not have any sales associated to the listing, so I do want to provide some insight and guidance for how you will want to proceed.

However, I did NOT sell the product in question. The product was only listed and was not purchased or shipped by any customer.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, when you list a product on the platform, our team will assume that you have taken all the necessary steps to setting up the supply chain for that product. This will mean that it will be eligible to receive these types of complaints, especially if the rights owner has determined they did not authorize the use of their intellectual property.

When you receive a complaint such as this, you will want to refer to the specific notification that you received to determine what action will be required. Generally, it will be required to show the product is authentic and authorized for sale on our platform by the appropriate parties. This means that, if requested, you can provide either an invoice or a letter of authorization to our team for review. If this cannot be provided, you can attempt to contact the rights owner to see if they would be willing to retract the complaint. However, we ask that you remain aware that this decision is their discretion.

If you are unable to provide valid documents and the rights owner is unwilling to retract, the only option will be to wait the 180 days for the violation to no longer be on the account health page. This does mean that you may no longer sell or list this product unless they were to receive the previously requested information.

Please continue to utilize this thread if you have any additional questions or updates that you would like to share on this concern.

Best,

Atlas
