Restricted Product Policy Violation

Good afternoon

I received a Restricted Product Policy Violation for 1 product in my account and my account is at risk. I removed the incoming product from the inventory and although I wrote an appeal, neither amazon responded nor the violation was deleted. what can I do? Do you know the mail address of amazon?
