Account Deactivation - How to get funds disbursed and close account
My account was deactivated due to a "trademark policy" violation from a third party seller on a major brand that I was ungated for. I have attempted to have the policy violations removed by using my invoices from wholesale suppliers but no success.
I now no longer have access to email or phone customer support (it keeps returning me to the policy violations)
How do I close the account and disburse the funds that are in the account? (its quite significant)

You are not able to close a deactivated account. Disbursements can be appealed for after the initial 60 days post-deactivation. You can see information about that here.
Just because you are ungated on Amazon for a brand, it does not mean you are authorized to utilize the brand's trademarks or other IP... much less be authorized to sell their products.
Are invoices being requested? If you can provide insight on the specific violations you have received, we can help you out more.
