Seller Support so bad I need medication

I did not know how stressful running a business with Amazon is... the seller support is HORRIBLE. Many times i need to make simple updates such as bullet points or update the product photo (for updated packaging, etc) or even something as simple as the title, and they write back with the same generated copy paste response! Pathetic. Honestly might as well use AI to send out these replies if a human cant act like one and actually help our Case instead of rushing to close it!!!

Enough is enough, where can complaints be filed against Amazon for such nonprofessional behaviour? I know im not the only one because I have not seen 1 seller satisfied with Amazon support! Not one! This whole forum is filled with complaints. Period.
