Is there a Amazon listing tool to easily add new listing, change titles and descriptions etc? im no good with the excel sheets and whenever i try to do it they always mess up.

The only listing tools are the spreadsheet inventory templates files. Otherwise you just have to add products one by one.

Directly through Amazon, it is manual through the site or Excel spreadsheets.
The other option I can think of is third-party software and services like Linnworks. These will help you with listings, order management, inventory control and link to your courier for dispatch. They can be pricy though so shop around but unless you're at a size where the price tag is worth it Excel may be your best option.
