How do I match Amazon fee invoices with the amounts deducted from our Amazon account?

The Amazon advertising invoices are easy, they match the cash taken perfectly. But FBA and selling fee invoice do not match the amounts Amazon have taken. I tried searching for an answer and cannot see anything.

The Amazon account is itemised so I can see exactly all the "cash" movement but the invoices are not, they are one line and not clear to what period the amounts relate. Is there a way to get an itemised list of transaction behind the invoice amounts so I can check what is included and what isnt?

This has become more of a problem since Amazon started charging VAT in the UK.
