Issue with VTR rate

Afternoon fellow sellers. That sound you hear is me banging my head against a wall. Just wondered if anybody is having the same experience with their VTR rate as me.

1 day last month my VTR went from 100% to 5% overnight. I contacted support to resolve the issue and totally useless. They came back with Amazon didn't recognise the tracking as It was loaded after the orders were delivered. That is not true, all tracking is entered on the day of dispatch and was told it's my fault. I was also told to use an integrated courier even though we use DPD. My tracking hasn't updated this month, even though we have dispatched lots of orders. VTR now showing at 4.8%. Anybody else having an issue?

I don't think anyone knows what is going on with VTR at the moment.

Amazon did finally admit there had been an issue with the system, why they couldn't also tell seller support this so they could answer the queries correctly instead of having to make things up.

Our VTR is slowly creeping back up, we are at 88% from 46%. This is based on 22 orders from 25 having valid tracking from the last 30 days even though we send more than 25 orders a day.

Our VTR isn't that low but we are having issues with our DPD consignments going to Northern Ireland addresses (and that is where we are also located). We use DPD Ireland here and not DPD UK (even though Northern Ireland is in the UK) and the tracking numbers differ in Ireland to those going to GB. DPD Ireland tracking numbers will not track on the DPD UK tracking page and we feel Amazon are using here to verify because the Northern Ireland address are within the UK. All very confusing but try explaining that to robots.

Perhaps we should all act in the same manner as Amazon, radio silence and act like we don't give a hoot.

Ours went from being 100% all the time, to all of a sudden 67%. A week later it went to N/A and hasn't changed for about 4 weeks. Not sure who does the behind the scenes work for Amazon but they really do seem utterly hopeless.

we have the same issue but amazon does not care. Amazon is becoming the same as the European government, terrible.
