Hi all, we re advised that we need to add a new account to our overseas accounts. The main issue is our French account which I could really do with the money. It is asking for a BIC code and IBAN. I have verified these with our bank (UK ) and when I put these in O get an error message saying account couldn’t be verified then another stating the IBAN must be at least 27 characters long which as my bank have confirmed is nonesense.

Anyone got any advice?
