Seller Account verifcation
Hello Sellers,
My seller account went under verification in Oct 2022 due to my company/business inactive status.
I've registered a new business with same name and requested change of business in seller central. Then verification started and later on at final step, Payment team has asked certified bank letter which i've provided a wrong document by mistake. (having old business address). due to this my seller account suspended reasoned verification failure.
Today is almost over 2 years, i am trying to contact seller support and they are keep asking me to submit information in account health under reactivate your account (showing my submission required) but while clicking that banner its not giving me any option to provide more recent details.
Can anybody please help me?
