Missing Money - After account was Reinstated?
Hi,
I recently had my account reinstated after 70+ days. When my account was initially deactivated it was in the process of transferring money. The transfer was canceled due to the deactivation. Also I had over 3k reserves on hold while I was addressing the deactivation that seems to be missing as well.
Can a mod step in and assist me with step or actions I may need to take to also address this issue?

I am glad to hear that your account was reinstated, as for offering support on the release of funds I can recommend that you email our disbursement teams, following the guidance in our funds withholding policy. They should be able to provide more guidance.
