Contacting Amazon ? going around in circles via case logs

I wondered if anyone knew a contact number for Amazon Seller Verification. I have log cases for two months and they keep closing them saying i havent provided information, which i have and shows as verified. but they say they want it again.

They state they tried calling me, but its a mobile number and so i would see a missed call/call log and no calls - but because they claim they called they close the case and i have to start again.

Ive checked the account and the contact number is correct, and i get the OTP on the phone no problems.

Ive emailed them, and they never reply!

please help if you can.

I'm afraid you cannot contact the verification dept by phone. Maybe its not that you havent provided the info but that they are not accepting it. What was their last notification?

its the only way to get a case escalated if you aren't getting anywhere with usual routes
