Refunds returnless
@Spencer_Amazon please can you help regarding this? I’m constantly being hit with damage during transit with fraudulent customers who are not even sending proof of damage, we cannot claim this through Amazon safety claims have also been saying items are not returnable. How are we supposed to do a loss of claim even through the courier service if there is no proof of photos, please can somebodyreverse these refunds as we are in a complete loss

The products you are selling though look like they are returnless given they sit in the grocery section (though oddly, some are not). There is no requirement for the customer to prove the items are damaged using photos. You would either need to price for your return rate or not sell on amazon.
Side note - you appear to be keywords spamming some of your listings. They are listed as Generic but are almost 100% containing ferero roche. Some of the titles though then also include the terms Cadbury and Lindt even though those items aren't even included in the product.
