Handling Time not working

Hi, on my products I have a handling time of 2 or 3 days depending on the product. Someone ordered one that has a handling time of 2 days at nearly midnight last night, and it says I have to ship at the latest today. I've checked my listing and the handling time of 2 days is still there. Is there something I'm missing, have things changed?

Was it a "premium delivery" order? If so, handling time goes out of the window.
