Reject Ungating so many times

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this?

After 3 rejections from Grocery & Gourmet Foods for 1 product. I turned in another product twice and received 2 auto email like below. Now I dont know what to do because the invoice is legit.

(We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application.)

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out. It is true that certain products, categories, and brands do require approval to sell, and that all selling accounts may not be approved if issues exist with account health metrics or issues with documentation, among other factors.

You can view the eligibility requirements to sell in this category HERE, and submit applications to sell these items from your Seller Central account. Can you help by sharing why your previous applications were denied? There is no screenshot in your post as mentioned.
