My brand registry enrollment application kept being rejected for like 10-12 times...

Hi, ,

I have nowhere else to find a help, but here.

My brand registry enrollment application kept being rejected for like 10-12 times, right after the submit.

but I am sure my brand name and my UBI number are correct.

I have been contacting the internal team, but they kept saying they can not verify, nothing else that may help.

Is there anyone who can help with this?

I should give the one who really helps 10 thousand thanks.

It's been more than a month, but, still, nothing is improving.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to try and assist with your Brand Registry enrollment application.

Since this process is to enroll your brand in Amazon Brand Registry, stick with cases that are listed in your Brand Application dashboard as these are your actual appeals. All of the case ID's you provided here are Seller Support cases and although they could redirect your case, this often results in extended waiting times.

From your Brand Application Dashboard I can see you have applied 4 times with 3 having appeals and being rejected and 1 that has been rejected, but you have the ability to appeal. and this application/appeal is where I will focus my attention recommendations for you to take.

  1. Click on the red, underlined "Rejected," status from your Brand Application Dashboard. This will provide you the specific reason your application was rejected. Although it is the same blurb as you have seen prior, it does also have 2 bullet points that are recommendations for when you submit your appeal
  2. Via your last appeal from 6/9, I see you provided either a business registration number or a tax ID number, which is what is being requested. Since your appeal was declined for the same reason, I expect what you have provided still does not meet the requirement they are asking for.
  3. Reviewing your TM, I see via the current owner tab that an individual and a DBA are listed. If you are registering as the DBA, make sure you are proving the DBA relevant information.

I hope this provides some more clarity in why your application is being rejected.
