Account Deactivation following multiple account violation
Many years ago I signed up to an individual selling plan with Amazon, to which I had completely forgotten about and have not used for many years. I am now a Director of a clothing company and we wish to sell on Amazon, so I started the account creation process completely unaware that I would get flagged as having multiple accounts.
I am now in the situation where I cannot reinstate either account, I am trying to delete my individual account and have ensured that all listings are deleted and balances are zero. I need a human being to get involved and not just an automated system response from my multiple appeals on both accounts!

If its an account with the same name it may not be your first one.... have you checked all your global accounts are activated?
