Discounts Funded by Amazon - OPT out

Does anyone know how long it takes to opt out of "Discounts Funded by Amazon"? The manufacturers are giving us MAP violations and the due date to fix them is in the next 2 days. It took me a while to figure out that the MAP violations were due to discounts that Amazon provides. We contacted seller support and since 6/27/24 they haven't opt us out. Does anyone know if there is a faster or easier way to opt out? Case ID 15488188261. Thanks!
