My account was deactivated due to video verification call

Hello,

I created my Amazon account, verified by an Amazon team member, and deducted $39.99 on Mon, Mar 25-2024 at 4:52 AM. Then later on my fresh account was deactivated due to Section 3 because Amazon needed additional documentation to verify my identity. I submitted my identity documents on April 4, 2024, and the Amazon team reactivated my account on April 5, 2024. After that, I was planning how in the best way I have to work on Amazon and trying further to understand Amazon Policies in a better way to be a good seller. Also, I became busy with my physical business due to which I couldn't monitor my Amazon account for a long time, and when I logged into my account after a long time my account was deactivated. I have submitted an appeal to the Amazon team and then later on amazon asked for identity verification through a video call. I have selected the date "Oct 6, 2024, 11:30 PM" for the interview and clicked on the link provided by Amazon for the interview. I thought that Amazon team member would ask just for my name and ID card simply but unfortunately amazon asked further questions like the Email associated with my account, the Charge method last 4 digits associated with my account, and business documents (LLC).

The reason why I didn't give an answer to these questions was I have total 4 emails for my personal and business use and I became confused that on which I have created my Amazon account i remained silent that if I tell to Amazon team member that i am confused that on which email i have created my account so he will understand what kind of person this is that's why I remained silent. Also why I didn't say the last 4 digits of my card my card expired on "3/2024" and during the interview a lot of time had passed and I had forgotten the last 4 digits of my card. The last thing why I didn't tell him about my Registered Business is because my documents at that time were in processing and my LLC is created currently.

That's why they kept my account in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity on "October 7, 2024".

After this response from Amazon, I submitted appeals on "October 9, 2024, 12:28 PM PDT, October 28, 2024, 12:16 PM PDT, October 29, 2024, 12:38 AM PDT, October 30, 2024, 8:24 AM PDT".

In these appeals I have submitted my POA, my Account Info, my National ID along with my passport, my bank statement, and my LLC documents. But still, my account was not reactivated and also I was not allowed for the video call verification.

I have opened a case with Amazon team "16565305751" in which I asked the Amazon team which documents I have to submit to reactivate my account they mentioned my National ID, Bank statement, and Business registration. I have submitted these documents but still, my account is not activated nor i was allowed for another video call verification.

Kindly review my cases and appeals and allow me for another video call verification so that I can reactivate my account.
