Inventory clean up - delete listing

Hi,

Probably a question I should know the answer to but don’t want to mess anything up!

I sell books and probably have 1800 products listed in my inventory. I only have around 700 of these active as I have sold the rest.

Can I simply go to each inactive product and “close and delete listing” or will that mess things up?

What do people generally do?

Thanks

Luke

Close and delete listing is the correct option if you know you are never going to list them again, and you can easily do this in bulk, rather than go to each inactive product …

Just select “inactive” in Manage Inventory
Once your list of inactive SKUs appears, click the box to the left of each SKU you want to delete - or the “all” box at the top of the page
At the top there is a button which says “Action on all selected items” - click that and choose “Close and delete listing”
You will be asked to confirm before they are actually deleted

(Sorry if you already know how to do this)
