My catalytic converter was found by Amazon to be in violation of Title II of the Clean Air Act
My product was found to be in violation of Title II of the Clean Air Act. There are 5 ASIN, (Case Number: 17938945811, ASIN ending with (ZCM9, 99RR,5RYR,9YTL,Z8TY)) but catalytic converters are allowed to be sold on Amazon. You can see that many sellers are selling this type of product.
I checked the relevant provisions of the Clean Air Act. Catalytic converters are not products designed to defeat, bypass or shut down emission control devices, and they are allowed to be sold on Amazon. I sent an email to contact the Amazon platform, and they asked me to provide the CARB EO number of the product. However, the product description states that the product is prohibited from sale in California, but our products will not be sold in California. I also provided product pictures, but it didn't work. I feel like I am chatting with a robot via email. The relevant team does not seem to verify the information I provided. I don't know what else to do.
As a Chinese FBA seller, we are going through a very difficult time right now. I sincerely hope that these links can be restored so that I can have some sales to support my business. I hope the Amazon Seller Support team can help me with this issue. Your help is greatly needed.

I wanted to stop by as I took a look at CASE ID 17938945811 and see that it's still open. Selling Partner Support is actively reviewing the case and will follow up with you as soon as they finish their review.
