Amazon shipping not picking up orders
Amazon shipping has missed the scheduled pick up window for the past 5 days and customer service has been no help. They keep telling us the "driver is delayed" or "does not have the capacity to pick up any more packages." Has anyone experienced this issue with Amazon shipping lately? We have days worth of packages piling up now with no answers.

And another example of why we won't even look into Amazon shipping as an option when it comes to our area. We're sticking with UPS and USPS.

We signed up for Amazon shipping and it lasted about 2 weeks. So many missed pickups and they will still bill you the $6 daily pickup fee if they show up or not. ALso limited to no protection for damages.

Is this for parcel or LTL?
we ship exclusively using AMZ partner carrier and recently they have improved quite a bit. you'll need to schedule out about a week in advance, and for whatever reason they don't show use the following email addresses to get to their shipping department. Just email them the ARN and shipping ID, tell them what's going on and someone can handle it very quickly. Be sure to email ALL of them and keep doing so until you get a proper resolution.

We had the same issue with them. They would miss so many pick ups that we simply had to stop using them. Even when they picked up on time some packages would be delayed for no reason. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
