Multiple order from the same buyer
Three days ago I´ve got 7 orders from the same buyer (which I already shipped), then yesterday more 12 orders from the same buyer and today 5 orders again from the same buyer. This is not usual at all. I´m thinking that maybe this is some kind of error. I´m not sure about what to do.
Cancel the orders, contact the buyer or ship the orders?

Were all the orders to be shipped to the same address? Were they for identical products?
If they were to different addresses, then you are most likely dealing with a dropshipper. If not, it could be someone who wants to resell the items or has another reason.
Personally, I wouldn’t be concerned. I am dealing with all kinds of buyers. Some of them placed dozens of orders over a short period of time, but I never experienced any issues.
Simply fulfill the orders just like any other sales and ship with a signature proof of delivery, unless the customer contacts you to request a cancellation.

I would contact the buyer and check what’s up. This simple contact could be a life saver. Don’t wait until it is too late
