Fedex claims and amazon shipping not reimbursing for lost package
Hi i am having problem. i had an order( 112-9947179-4998668 ) that was never delivered. i tried to file a claim with fedex and they will not allow me to file one. i filed a safe-t claim and have been denied stating that the package was never delivered. but i purchased the shipping label thrugh amazon shipping. so i need Amazon to reimburse me as the Fedex account manager stated. Safe -t Claim ID is 43060-81980-7439608.

Do you have SSA & AHT enabled for your shipments? If not you will not get reimbursed by Amazon even if you bought the label with buy shipping unless you have them enabled as well.
