Promotional rebates costs
We are charged Promotional rebates costs every month when we don't have any promotion running.
I was told the promotional rebates are offset by the shipping credits but that's never the case.
Can somebody explain what exactly this cost is?

Hello @Seller_nUfc9eFrQU9CR- thanks for asking this question here on the forums!
On your statement view, Promo rebates indicate refunds of rebate charges for rebate promotions you created.
If you are not running a promotion, then promotional rebates are for items that qualify for Free Shipping on FBA orders. When a buyer selects Free Shipping for their shipping preference, we apply a charge for the shipping and then a credit. This credit is in the form of a rebate, equal to the initial shipping charge. You can read here for any changes to this in 2024.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions!
