link for verify identity doesnt work and wrong market place

I have been trying to initiate a Video Call to prove my identity. The link given in an email fro amazon leads me to an error message is The page you requested was not found. : @Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon

And I saw the email that Amazon sent me is to ask me to select "United State" marketplace, but we don't want to sell in US, but now they keep saying my charge method for US market is invalid, and keep asking me to provide TAX information which we definitely does not have.
