If your products have been deactivated then you need to review your Performance Notifications and your Account Health Dashboard for additional information as to how to appeal the decision.

Yes. I already looked. The problem is when a product contains a banned substance. I am not aware. So I violated Amazon policy. I don't have any documents. Do you have any information? Can you help me?
