Trying to Reactivate account, but nothing happens when i press "Submit for verification"

After 5 years of not selling, i'm coming back, I need to reactivate my account and verify my identity again.

On that page I fill in all the information and upload the required documents for proof of identity, but then nothing

happens when i press the "Submit for Verification" button, other than a loading circle for like 2 seconds.

I'm using Microsoft Edge Browser

Hi @Seller_0pT5Va7E56eTW

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.

Have you tried from another browser such as Chrome/Firefox, clearing your cache+cookies?

Also, do you still have the same issue since it was posted 2 days ago, I want to make sure you are taken care of. Please let me know so that I can look into some other options.

I have the same problem, too. Clearly Amazon's website is broken. It's amazingly bad in so many ways, especially for a company with such extreme resources available, if they had any concern for making the site easy to use, which clearly they don't.
